Position: Surgical Block Coordinator.

Location: Hospital Universitario Ruber Juan Bravo.

What will your mission be?

Coordinate and facilitate activities related to the care process, ensuring high-quality care among the professionals you coordinate, applying the knowledge specific to your role, and following the guidelines established by the center based on care protocols for each area, contributing to the delivery of excellent service.

What you'll do

What will your main duties and responsibilities be?

You will verify that tasks and activities are carried out in accordance with medical and nursing protocols, care processes, and established circuits.

You will ensure the supply of medication stocks, medical products, and storage area materials, as well as control over these items.

You will oversee the maintenance, proper handling, and conservation of the Unit's equipment.

You will anticipate the surgical instruments and equipment needs of the Unit, based on the scheduled surgical procedures.

You will motivate the Department's staff to achieve the targets set by the Group.
