About the role

What will your mission be?

Coordinate with the Principal Investigator and institution and ensure that clinical trials and related activities are carried out in accordance with current national regulations.

What you'll do

What will your main functions and responsibilities be?

Coordinate tasks related to clinical trials in the Hematology Department.

Ensure coordination and communication between the sponsor and the research team, as well as with the rest of the team involved in clinical trials.

Maintain and manage documentation related to clinical trials in the Hematology Department.

Plan patient visits.

Complete the information in the case report form.

Contact the personnel designated by the study sponsor periodically to keep patient and visit information up to date. Attend monitoring visits.

Manage and send biological samples to local and central laboratories.

Be the point of contact for addressing patient adverse events within the established timeframe.

Training or master's degree in clinical trials is highly valued

Previous experience in managing trials/studies in the Hematology/Oncology area or other medical specialties is valued
