In your daily routine, reporting directly to the Workshop Manager / Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

Precision machining: Performing tasks using CNC and conventional milling machines, ensuring quality standards and delivery deadlines.

Machine preparation: Adjusting, setting up, and operating machines to manufacture or repair medium to large-sized parts (primarily one-off pieces or very short runs).

Technical interpretation: Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and associated technical documentation.

Machining strategy: Selecting the optimal tools, cutting parameters, and strategies for each type of part.

Quality control: Dimensionally verifying manufactured parts using the appropriate measuring equipment.

Problem-solving and improvement: Analyzing process incidents, providing technical solutions, and proposing continuous improvements.

Maintenance and organization: Ensuring the good condition of machines and tools, and keeping the workspace clean.

Teamwork: Actively collaborating with the technical office, production, and maintenance departments.
