• Conducts research to identify potential clients within or across specific sectors, such as finance, technology, and engineering, maintaining an up-to-date client database. Follows up on potential clients to convert them into clients. Helps identify new market segment opportunities for the professional services offering.
• Maintains regular communication with candidates and provides timely updates. Sources candidates through job postings, searches, and talent networks in the areas of engineering, IT, healthcare, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office, and administrative support.
• Conducts candidate screening, interviews, and thorough evaluations to align them with specific client requirements for mid-level and senior positions.
• Participates in meetings with clients to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy.
• Provides interview preparation and coaching to candidates who have applied for mid-level and senior positions, helping them present themselves effectively to employers.
• Communicates effectively with team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruitment solutions within Professional Talent Solutions.
• Helps initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media. Job grade description.
