As the company Manager, reporting to the owners, you will be responsible for the control and monitoring of all company departments, primarily:

- Control of the financial and billing department
- Control of the traffic and logistics department
- Responsible for leading the growth strategy and business development of the company at a national level
- Focus on commercial development and acquiring new clients
- Control and development of the company's human team (+100 employees)
- Organization and development of the organizational chart and structure necessary for the business in Spain

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, etc.
- Postgraduate training in business management, or in Logistics and Transport is valued
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading projects in the transport sector, national scale experience is highly valued
- Customer orientation and business development
- People management and teamwork
- High proficiency in the Office suite
- Residency in the Albacete area
