Ensure the proper baking of the muffins, regulating the

oven temperature and controlling the baking time to guarantee that the final

product meets quality standards in flavor, texture, and color.

Preheat and adjust the oven according to the programmed product.

Supervise baking times and temperatures.

Visually check the baking and appearance of the final product.

Record process data (start, end, temperature, batch).

Perform basic cleaning of the oven and work area.

Adjust parameters according to changes in format or product.

asegurar la correcta cocción de las magdalenas, regulando la

temperatura del horno y controlando el tiempo de horneado para garantizar que el producto

final cumpla con los estándares de calidad en sabor, textura y color.

¿ Precalentar y ajustar el horno según el producto programado.

¿ Supervisar tiempos y temperaturas de horneado.

¿ Controlar visualmente la cocción y aspecto del producto final.

¿ Registrar datos del proceso (inicio, fin, temperatura, lote).

¿ Realizar limpieza básica del horno y área de trabajo.

¿ Cambiar parámetros según cambios de formato o producto.
