About the role
We are looking for a Factory Manager to lead the overall plant operations, ensuring the proper functioning of production under criteria of efficiency, quality, and safety.
You will be responsible for coordinating human and technical resources, driving continuous improvement, and acting as a leadership reference, conveying the company's culture and values at all levels of the organization.
