ING BANK - Social Media Communications Internship

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic intern to join our Social Media team.

The responsibility of this team is to manage the content, communications, and

editorial calendars of the bank's social media channels.

Your main duties:

Support the social media team in overseeing content and communication pieces,

participating from the creation of briefs for creative teams, preparing feedback and

iterations. Support in the production of pieces through to their publication, measurement, and presentation

of results. Gather communication needs from different areas of the bank

(sustainability, brand, human resources, offices, cybersecurity, products...) and turn them

into content adapted for our different channels. Propose and contribute ideas for

content generation for social media.

• Degree or student in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Digital

Business

• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Knowledge and regular use of Social Media
• Curiosity and staying up to date on trends and new developments on digital platforms
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
• Intermediate Excel skills would be desirable but not essential
• Willingness to learn and work hand in hand with a senior team experienced in

communications and marketing

• Advanced level of English
• Curiosity, creativity, interest in market trends, both in marketing and

the latest digital trends

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactivity and initiative
• Data-driven mindset and focus on achieving results
• Not afraid to propose out-of-the-box solutions!
• Knowledge of audiovisual content and experience with apps for content editing will be highly

valued

900 EUR per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 15:00

Desired start date: July

Duration: 6-month internship with possibility of extension

La responsabilidad de este equipo es encargarse de los contenidos, comunicaciones y

calendarios editoriales de los canales de redes sociales del banco.

Tus principales deberes:

Soporte al equipo de redes sociales en la supervisión de contenidos y piezas de comunicación,

participando desde la creación de briefings para equipos creativos, elaboración de feedbacks e

iteraciones. Soporte en la producción de piezas hasta su publicación y medición y presentación

de resultados. Recoger necesidades de comunicación de diferentes áreas del banco

en contenidos adaptados para nuestros diferentes canales. Proponer y aportar ideas en la

generación de contenidos para redes.

• Licenciado o estudiante de Publicidad, Marketing, Comunicación, ADE o Digital

Business

• Buenas dotes comunicativas y de persuasión
• Conocimiento y manejo habitual de Redes Sociales
• Curiosidad y actualización sobre trends y novedades de las plataformas digitales
• Manejo de Power Point
• Nivel medio de Excel sería deseable pero no imprescindible
• Ganas de aprender y trabajar mano a mano con un equipo senior con experiencia en

comunicación y marketing

• Nivel alto de inglés
• Curiosidad, creatividad, interés por tendencias de mercado, tanto de marketing como

últimas tendencias digitales

• Ojo al detalle y organización
• Proactividad e iniciativa
• Orientación a los datos y a la consecución de resultados
• Sin miedo a plantear soluciones fuera de la caja!
• Conocimientos audiovisuales y manejo de apps para la edición de contenidos será muy

valorado
