As an Assistant to the Agronomic Management, your role will be fundamental in supporting and complementing the day-to-day operations of the Area Manager. You will become a key piece on the ground, coordinating the relationship with the farmer and ensuring that crop management and harvesting logistics meet the highest standards.
🛠️ Your main functions:
- Direct contact with suppliers: You will be the daily link with our network of collaborating farmers, ensuring fluid and trusting communication.
- Field visits for assessment and monitoring: You will visit farms in the area to supervise the phenological state of the plantations, evaluating evolution and estimating production volume.
- Harvest and logistics control: During the campaign, you will perform on-site monitoring to coordinate the collection and organize the efficient entry of raw materials into the plant.
- Specialized crop advisory: You will guide producers in daily agronomic management, with a special focus on the design and monitoring of fertilization plans and phytosanitary treatments, in both organic and conventional production models.

- Education: Degree in Agronomic Engineering, Agricultural Technical Engineering, Natural Environment Engineering, or a similar qualification.
- Experience: No minimum experience required! We are looking for potential, high motivation, and a desire to absorb knowledge alongside a senior profile.
- Valued knowledge: Previous experience and theoretical foundations or notions in plant health, fertilization, and regulations associated with organic and conventional agriculture will be viewed very positively.
- Your skills: Communication and diplomacy skills (for daily interaction with farmers), attention to detail, and the ability to work under the dynamic pace required by the harvest campaign.

Como Adjunto/a a la Dirección Agronómica, tu papel será fundamental para apoyar y complementar el día a día del Responsable del área. Te convertirás en una pieza clave sobre el terreno, coordinando la relación con el agricultor y garantizando que el manejo del cultivo y la logística de recolección cumplan con los más altos estándares.
🛠️ Tus funciones principales:
- Contacto directo con proveedores: Serás el nexo de unión cotidiano con nuestra red de agricultores colaboradores, asegurando una comunicación fluida y de confianza.
- Visitas a campo para valoración y seguimiento: Recorrerás las fincas de la zona para supervisar el estado fenológico de las plantaciones, evaluando la evolución y estimando el volumen de producción.
- Control de recolección y logística: Durante la campaña, realizarás el seguimiento a pie de campo para coordinar la recogida y organizar la entrada eficiente de la materia prima hacia la planta.
- Asesoramiento especializado en cultivo: Guiarás a los productores en la gestión agronómica diaria, con un foco muy especial en el diseño y seguimiento de planes de abonado y tratamientos fitosanitarios, tanto en modelos de producción ecológica como convencional.

- Formación: Grado en Ingeniería Agrónoma, Ingeniería Técnica Agrícola, Ingeniería del Medio Natural o titulación similar.
- Experiencia: ¡No se requiere experiencia mínima! Buscamos potencial, alta motivación y ganas de absorber conocimientos al lado de un perfil senior.
- Conocimientos valorables: Se valorará muy positivamente experiencia previa y contar con bases teóricas o nociones en sanidad vegetal, fertilización y normativas asociadas a la agricultura ecológica y convencional.
- Tus habilidades: Capacidad de comunicación y diplomacia (para el trato diario con agricultores), atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar bajo el ritmo dinámico que exige la campaña de recogida.

- Estabilidad laboral: Contrato Indefinido directo por empresa desde el primer día.
- Proyección profesional: Trabajar codo con codo con el Responsable Agronómico, lo que te garantizará un aprendizaje acelerado y un crecimiento real.
- Salario competitivo, según la valía e idoneidad del candidato/a.
- Horario: Jornada completa de 08:00 a 16:00 hrs (con la flexibilidad necesaria en épocas de campaña, pudiendo adaptarse a turnos según las necesidades de la recogida).
- Ubicación: Villamalea (Albacete) con visitas regulares a las fincas de la comarca.
