Industrial Machinery Operator - Food Sector

Controlling the Autoclave Process: You will be the specialist in charge of the section, responsible for the correct positioning of the product on trays and for full control of the machinery.

Monitoring and Technical Configuration: You will ensure everything works perfectly by checking the pressure gauges and sensors, accurately selecting the recipes in the system, and constantly supervising the thermal parameters.

Heat Treatment Expert: You will master and control the key end-of-line processes (both the autoclave and the pasteurization tunnel), ensuring the product receives the exact treatment for perfect preservation.

Quality Assurance at the End of the Line: You will supervise that the finished product meets quality and integrity standards before it moves on to the packaging phase.

Food Safety Custodian (HACCP): As a key player in plant safety, you will rigorously carry out the controls for the Critical Control Points (CCPs) assigned to your area, guaranteeing a 100% safe product for the consumer.

Experience in Demanding Environments (Food and/or Automotive): You bring previous experience working in the Food Industry or the Automotive sector. We highly value your familiarity with the pace of industrial production, safety regulations, and high-quality standards in these sectors.

Skill with Industrial Machinery and Robotics: You have proven experience in the handling, setup, and supervision of industrial machinery or automated robots. You are comfortable interacting with control panels, verifying technical parameters, and ensuring the correct flow of technology under your charge.

Own Vehicle Required: Due to the location of our facilities in Carlet (Valencia) and to ensure your comfort and punctuality when rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), having your own vehicle to get to the workplace is essential.

Stability and Future Career: We are looking for a long-term relationship. You will start with a 3-month contract through a temp agency (an ideal phase to get familiar with the machinery and the team), followed by direct and permanent hire onto Alnut's stable staff after this period.

Planning and Work-Life Balance: Your schedule will be organized in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Friday. Additionally, on an occasional basis and according to production needs, you will have the opportunity to work weekends, which will allow you to add extra income to your monthly salary.

Competitive Compensation: Standard hourly rate: €9.98 gross / Night hourly rate: €11.00 gross (an attractive increase to compensate and reward your commitment to the night shift).

Controlar el proceso de Autoclave: Serás el/la especialista responsable de la sección, encargándote del correcto posicionamiento del producto en bandejas y del control absoluto de la maquinaria.

Monitoreo y Configuración Técnica: Te asegurarás de que todo funcione a la perfección mediante la verificación de sondas e indicadores de presión, la selección precisa de las recetas en el sistema y la supervisión constante de los parámetros térmicos.

Experto/a en Tratamiento Térmico: Dominarás y controlarás los procesos clave de final de línea (tanto el autoclave como el túnel de pasteurización), asegurando que el producto reciba el tratamiento exacto para su perfecta conservación.

Garantizar la Calidad en el Final de Línea: Supervisarás que el producto terminado cumpla con los estándares de calidad e integridad antes de pasar a la siguiente fase de embalaje.

Custodio/a de la Seguridad Alimentaria (APPCC): Como pieza clave de la seguridad de la planta, realizarás de forma rigurosa los controles de los Puntos de Control Críticos (PCC) asignados a tu zona, garantizando un producto 100% seguro para el consumidor.

Experiencia en Entornos Exigentes (Alimentación y/o Automoción): Aportas experiencia previa trabajando en la Industria Alimentaria o en el sector de la Automoción. Valoramos enormemente tu familiaridad con los ritmos de producción industrial, las normativas de seguridad y los altos estándares de calidad de estos sectores.

Destreza en Maquinaria Industrial y Robótica: Tienes experiencia demostrable en el manejo, configuración y supervisión de maquinaria industrial o robots automatizados. Te sientes cómodo/a interactuando con pantallas de control, verificando parámetros técnicos y asegurando el correcto flujo de la tecnología a tu cargo.

Disponibilidad de Vehículo Propio: Debido a la ubicación de nuestras instalaciones en Carlet (Valencia) y para garantizar tu comodidad y puntualidad en la rotación de turnos (mañana, tarde y noche), es imprescindible disponer de vehículo propio para desplazarte al centro de trabajo.

Estabilidad y Futuro Laboral: Buscamos una relación a largo plazo. Iniciarás el proyecto con un contrato de 3 meses a través de ETT (una fase ideal para adaptarte a la maquinaria y al equipo) con la incorporación directa y real a la plantilla estable de Alnut tras este periodo.

Planificación y Conciliación: Tu jornada se organizará en turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche de lunes a viernes. De forma puntual y según las necesidades de producción, tendrás la oportunidad de realizar jornadas en fin de semana, lo que te permitirá sumar un extra a tus ingresos mensuales.

Retribución Competitiva: Hora normal: 9,98 ¿/brutos y hora nocturna: 11,00 ¿/brutos (un atractivo incremento para compensar y valorar tu compromiso en el turno de noche).

Entorno Tecnológico Avanzado: Trabajarás mandos a la obra con maquinaria de última generación en el sector agroalimentario (autoclaves y túneles de pasteurización industriales), en una planta que prioriza la seguridad y la innovación.
