Warehouse worker (Sant Feliu de Pallerols)

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and maintaining order in the warehouse:

• Receiving and shipping: Loading and unloading external and internal transport following the procedures for receiving goods and daily shipments.
• Order preparation: Preparing items according to the picking lists.
• Stock and inventory management: Identifying and organizing items in your section, monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages (notifying the purchasing department) and participating in the annual inventory.
• Quality control: Detecting and identifying non-conforming items and reporting any anomalies in equipment or machinery to the production manager.
• Maintenance: Ensuring the correct order and cleanliness of your section.

Education: Intermediate vocational training certificate (CFGM) in the metal sector.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the mechanical sector. Technical skills:

Demonstrable experience driving forklifts and operating overhead cranes.

Attitude: Organized person, rigorous with safety and cleanliness, and with good communication skills.

• Job stability: Stable position (not a temporary job) with the real possibility of being hired directly by the company after 6 months through the temporary employment agency.

• Schedule: Split shift from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., ideal for daily organization.

En el teu dia a dia, t´encarregaràs de gestionar el flux de mercaderies i mantenir l´ordre al magatzem:

• Recepció i expedició: Carregar i descarregar el transport extern i propi seguint les pautes de recepció de mercaderies i expedicions diàries.
• Preparació de comandes: Preparar els articles segons els fulls de components.
• Gestió d´estocs i inventari: Identificar i organitzar els articles de la secció, controlar els nivells d´estoc per evitar trencaments (avisant al departament de compres) i participar en l´inventari anual.
• Control de qualitat: Detectar i identificar articles no conformes i comunicar qualsevol anomalia en equips o maquinària al responsable de producció.
• Manteniment: Assegurar el correcte ordre i la neteja de la secció.

Formació: Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà (CFGM) de la branca del metall.

Experiència: Mínim 1 any d´experiència en el sector mecànic. Competències tècniques:

Experiència demostrable en la conducció de carretons elevadors i en la manipulació de ponts grua.

Actitud: Persona organitzada, rigorosa amb la seguretat i la neteja, i amb bones habilitats de comunicació

• Estabilitat laboral: Lloc de treball estable (no és per una punta de feina temporal) amb possibilitat real d´incorporació directa a plantilla d´empresa després de 6 mesos per ETT.
• Desenvolupament professional: Oportunitat real de promoció interna dins la companyia.
• Horari: Jornada partida de 8:00 h a 13:00 h i de 14:00 h a 17:00 h, ideal per a l´organització diària.
• Retribució: Salari segons conveni del metall.
