Industrial Laundry Operator with Disability Certificate +33%

Depending on the area assigned within the production plant (pre-wash, wash, or storage), your main responsibilities will be the following:

Pre-wash Area:

• Sorting and control: Verify that all clothing received from the drivers is correctly identified and sorted by color and garment type for counting purposes.
• Data recording: Record garments that require special follow-up and include rejected garments (clothing that must be rewashed) for each client.

Material hygiene: Perform deep cleaning of the plastic crates used for clothing distribution.

Wash Area:

• Machine loading: Prepare, shake out, and separate the laundry to achieve optimal loading according to the capacity of each industrial washing machine.
• Programming and unloading: Select the appropriate program on the machine, unload the laundry into the carts, and check the quality of the wash.
• Maintenance and control: Check the salt tanks, analyze water hardness, replace detergent drums when the end-of-product alarm sounds, and record the water meter readings.
• Housekeeping: Clean the machines, leave the work area in perfect condition, and complete the shift handover by reporting any incidents.

Storage Area:

• Goods receipt: Control the unloading, count, and verify the condition of the received material, signing the delivery note (document confirming the delivery).
• Inventory control: Organize the warehouse according to reference codes and perform stock level counts (quantity of accumulated products) at least once a year.
• Safety management: Store and periodically check the tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment, such as gloves or special footwear).

• Disability certificate: Must hold a disability certificate with a degree of 33% or higher (main focus of the job offer).
• Physical condition: Good overall physical condition, as the job is performed entirely standing (on your feet throughout the entire shift).
• Practical skills: Demonstrate manual dexterity, agility of movement, and a good ability to understand work orders.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and cooperate to coordinate properly with the rest of the staff.
• Availability: Must be available for immediate start in the position.

• Available positions: Immediate start for one of the 2 open vacancies.
• Work schedule: Full-time schedule organized in rotating weekly shifts of mornings and afternoons, which will allow you to plan your free time in advance.
• Initial Salary: €1,450 gross per month. This amount represents the fixed monthly salary before the corresponding tax deductions and is distributed in 12 annual payments.
• Work environment: Initial training in the handling of industrial machinery and an inclusive, safe, and very well-structured work environment.

Dependiendo del área asignada dentro de la planta de producción (pre-lavado, lavado o almacén), tus responsabilidades principales serán las siguientes:

Área de Pre-lavado:

• Clasificación y control: Verificar que toda la ropa recibida por los chóferes esté correctamente identificada y clasificada por colores y tipos de prenda para su recuento.
• Registro de datos: Anotar las prendas que requieran un seguimiento especial e incluir las prendas de rechazo (ropa que debe volver a lavarse) de cada cliente.

-Higiene de materiales: Realizar la limpieza profunda de las cajas de plástico utilizadas para el reparto de la ropa.

Área de Lavado:

• Carga de maquinaria: Preparar, sacudir y separar la ropa para realizar una carga óptima según la capacidad de cada lavadora industrial.
• Programación y descarga: Seleccionar el programa adecuado en la máquina, realizar la descarga de la ropa en los carros y revisar la calidad del lavado.
• Mantenimiento y control: Comprobar los tanques de sal, analizar la dureza del agua, sustituir los bidones de jabón cuando suene la alarma de fin de producto y anotar las lecturas de los contadores de agua.
• Orden del puesto: Limpiar las máquinas, dejar la zona de trabajo en perfecto estado y realizar el traspaso de turno informando sobre las incidencias.

Área de Almacén:

• Recepción de mercancía: Controlar la descarga, contar y verificar el estado del material recibido, firmando el albarán (documento que justifica la entrega).
• Control de existencias: Ordenar el almacén según los códigos de referencia y realizar el recuento del nivel de stock (cantidad de productos acumulados) al menos una vez al año.
• Gestión de seguridad: Almacenar y revisar de forma periódica las herramientas y los EPIs (Equipos de Protección Individual, como guantes o calzado especial).

• Certificado de discapacidad: Estar en posesión del certificado de discapacidad con un grado igual o superior al 33% (foco principal de la oferta).
• Condición física: Buena condición física general, ya que el trabajo se realiza completamente en bipedestación (de pie durante toda la jornada).
• Habilidades prácticas: Demostrar destreza manual, agilidad de movimientos y una buena capacidad de comprensión para seguir los partes de trabajo.
• Trabajo en equipo: Capacidad de colaboración y compañerismo para coordinarse adecuadamente con el resto del personal.
• Disponibilidad: Contar con disponibilidad para una incorporación de forma inmediata al puesto.

• Puestos disponibles: Incorporación inmediata en una de las 2 vacantes disponibles.
• Horario de trabajo: Jornada completa organizada en turnos rotativos semanales de mañanas y de tardes, lo que te permitirá una planificación anticipada de tu tiempo libre.
• Salario Inicial: 1.450 euros brutos al mes. Esta cantidad representa el salario fijo mensual antes de realizar las retenciones de impuestos correspondientes y está distribuido en 12 pagas anuales.
• Entorno laboral: Formación inicial en el manejo de maquinaria industrial y un ambiente de trabajo inclusivo, seguro y muy bien estructurado.
