We are looking to hire a Labor Relations Manager / Payroll Manager to take on the direction and technical coordination of the labor management and advisory department of an important company.

We are seeking a profile with a cross-functional vision, the ability to lead people, and a focus on ensuring maximum operational excellence and differentiated service.

What you'll do

Team management and leadership: Direction, coordination, and development of the human team within the labor department, ensuring the achievement of objectives and maximum service efficiency.

Technical advisory and direct attention: Direct liaison with clients to provide specialized advisory
