We are looking to hire a Labor Relations Manager / Payroll Manager to take on the direction and technical coordination of the labor management and advisory department of an important company.
We are seeking a profile with a cross-functional vision, the ability to lead people, and a focus on ensuring maximum operational excellence and differentiated service.
Team management and leadership: Direction, coordination, and development of the human team within the labor department, ensuring the achievement of objectives and maximum service efficiency.
Technical advisory and direct attention: Direct liaison with clients to provide specialized advisory
Operational staff supervision: Comprehensive control and coordination of payroll, Social Security contributions, hiring, registrations/deregistrations, and administrative procedures.
Strategy and continuous improvement: Generation of key reports for decision-making and implementation of continuous improvement processes within the department.
Technical training: Ongoing training and development of the team under your charge in regulatory updates and labor legislation.
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, Labor Relations, or equivalent qualification.
More than 10 years of consolidated experience in personnel administration and comprehensive payroll management.

Previous experience essential in an advisory or consulting environment.
Technical knowledge: Technical and practical mastery of payroll ecosystem tools (Sage Despachos, A3 and/or A3Innuva).
