Parts Specialist

- Education: Intermediate Vocational Training (FP) in vehicle electromechanics or similar

- Identify and supply the exact spare part to customers and workshops using technical tools and the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- Control, sort, and organize inventory in the warehouse to prevent stockouts or excessive accumulation of parts.
- Negotiate with distributors, process replenishment orders, and track deliveries and deadlines.
- Verify incoming goods, check for damage, and manage warranties and material issues.
- Prepare estimates, delivery notes, and invoices using specialized management software.

- Identificar y suministrar el repuesto exacto a clientes y talleres mediante herramientas técnicas y el número de bastidor (VIN).
- Controlar, clasificar y organizar el inventario en el almacén para evitar desabastecimientos o acumulación de piezas.
- Negociar con distribuidores, tramitar pedidos de reposición y realizar el seguimiento de entregas y plazos.
- Verificar la mercancía entrante, revisar que no haya daños y gestionar las garantías e incidencias de material.
- Elaborar presupuestos, albaranes y facturas manejando programas especializados de gestión.

- Formación: FP medio en electromecánica de vehículos o similar
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el puesto
