• In your day-to-day role, you will be the organizational engine of the workshop, handling parts logistics and the efficiency of the technical team:
• Workshop planning: Receiving, opening, and organizing work orders, assigning tasks to mechanics based on urgency and availability.
• Stock management and forecasting: Receiving, verifying, labeling, and locating parts in the warehouse, ensuring everything is ready before starting the repair.
• Customer service and advice: Accurately identifying spare parts needs for both the internal team and direct customers.
• Supplier relations: Processing, tracking, and negotiating parts orders to ensure repair times are strictly met.
• Digital control: Using the management software to record the status of orders, incoming and outgoing items, and inventories.

• Experience: At least 2 years working as a spare parts specialist, technical warehouse manager, or in workshop reception/organization (automotive, industrial vehicles, or agricultural machinery).
• Leadership and organizational skills: Experience managing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and dealing directly with technical teams (mechanics).
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with parts breakdowns, references, and mechanical or industrial components.
• Digital agility: Fluent use of computer tools and workshop or stock management programs (ERP).
• Proximity: Residence in Vila-sana or nearby areas (Mollerussa, Bellpuig, Linyola, etc.) and availability of your own vehicle.

• Job stability: Permanent contract with a real future project in the area.
• Schedule: Full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• En tu día a día, serás el motor organizativo del taller, encargándote de la logística de piezas y de la eficiencia del equipo técnico:
• Planificación del taller: Recepción, apertura y organización de las órdenes de trabajo, asignando las tareas a los mecánicos según la urgencia y la disponibilidad.
• Gestión y previsión de stock: Recepción, verificación, etiquetado y ubicación de piezas en el almacén, asegurando que todo esté listo antes de iniciar la reparación.
• Atención y asesoramiento: Identificación precisa de las necesidades de recambios tanto para el equipo interno como para clientes directos.
• Relación con proveedores: Tramitación, seguimiento y negociación de pedidos de piezas para garantizar que los tiempos de reparación se cumplan estrictamente.
• Control digital: Uso del programa de gestión informática para registrar el estado de las órdenes, entradas, salidas e inventarios.

• Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años trabajando como recambista, gestor de almacenes técnicos o en la recepción/organización de talleres (automoción, vehículo industrial o maquinaria agrícola).
• Capacidad de liderazgo y organización: Experiencia en la gestión de flujos de trabajo, priorización de tareas y trato directo con equipos técnicos (mecánicos).
• Conocimientos técnicos: Familiaridad con el despiece, referencias y componentes mecánicos o industriales.
• Agilidad digital: Manejo fluido de herramientas informáticas y programas de gestión de taller o stock (ERP).
• Proximidad: Residencia en Vila-sana o alrededores (Mollerussa, Bellpuig, Linyola, etc.) y disponibilidad de vehículo propio.

• Estabilidad laboral: Contrato indefinido con un proyecto de futuro real en la zona.
• Horario: Jornada completa de lunes a viernes de 08:00 a 13:00 y de 15:00 a 18:00 h
