From our team, we are looking for a Territorial Distribution Specialist Technician to join the leading company in natural gas distribution nationwide. In this role, you will play a critical role at the heart of our operations, joining the Control Center to manage in real time the areas of Emergencies, Operation, and Service Desk, always ensuring safety and the continuity of supply in the Transport and Distribution Network. We are looking for a highly resourceful, analytical profile with great responsiveness who enjoys monitoring key parameters through SCADA and remote control systems, coordinating and handling critical incidents (P1 and P2) and supervising the operation of satellite plants (LNG/LPG). If you have technical rigor, excellent communication skills for reporting information in dynamic environments (shift work) and are motivated to take on the responsibility of protecting the infrastructure and the efficiency of the service, we want to meet you!

You will work in three areas: Emergencies, Operations, and service desk

Answer the calls received (or the different communication channels into the Control Center), gathering the necessary information from the interlocutors, according to the established criteria and procedures, to classify the priority of the action and categorize the messages received based on their importance, to guarantee their resolution and within the established times, always within the P1 and P2 scope (emergency and urgent notices with commitment to safety or continuity of supplies in networks and facilities)

Assign the notices received to the corresponding teams, based on their availability and proximity to the location of the incident, transmitting the information they need for its resolution.

Carry out the daily monitoring of the operation of the natural gas Transportation and Distribution Network, analyzing daily you can filter with the established Operations Plans, as well as detecting possible deviations and acting to correct them, mobilizing resources if necessary.

Collaborate in the management of the information of the natural gas Transportation and Distribution Network collected by SCADA and other supervision applications. Participating proactively, in coordination with other Operation units, to update such information, according to the needs of the operation in real time.

Control the correct functioning of communications and remote control systems, as well as collaborate in their maintenance, with the aim of ensuring that network information is received at all times and that action can be taken on its elements when required.

Control access to the facilities, detecting possible cases of intrusion to ensure their integrity, verifying their correct functioning from the remote control systems, and mobilizing resources when necessary. Also check that no parameter remains out of range once personnel have performed them.

Analyze, authorize and supervise the execution of all Authorizations carried out on the natural gas Transport and Distribution Network, located more conveniently and slightly including refining plants of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

Supervise the real-time operation of the satellite regasification plants of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

Carry out a correct handover of the information regarding the state of the operation, the most critical events, through the available logs and the shifts carried out during the change of shift.

Coordinate the closures and reopenings of large commercial or industrial MOP > 4 bar, calculating fugitive gas from third-party damage in the natural gas network, extracting gas quality data from LNG plants.

Mandatory requirements:

University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Telecommunications, Civil, or similar).

1 to 3 years of experience in the operation of energy infrastructure.

Valuable Requirements:

Significant previous experience in network operations.

Experience in control centers and complex industrial environments.

Advanced knowledge in data analysis, interpretation of operational information and the use of tools.

SCADA knowledge is a must-have.

Desde nuestro equipo, estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a especialista Territorial Distribución para unirse a la compañía líder en distribución de gas natural a nivel nacional. En este rol, jugarás un papel crítico en el corazón de nuestras operaciones, integrándote en el Centro de Control para gestionar en tiempo real los ámbitos de Urgencias, Operación y Mesa de Servicios, garantizando siempre la seguridad y la continuidad del suministro en la Red de Transporte y Distribución. Buscamos a un perfil altamente resolutivo, analítico y con gran capacidad de respuesta, que disfrute monitorizando parámetros clave a través de sistemas SCADA y telecontrol, coordinando de forma ágil la atención a incidencias críticas (P1 y P2) y supervisando la operativa de plantas satélites (GNL/GLP). Trabajarás en tres ámbitos: Urgencias, Operación y mesa de servicios

Atender las llamadas recibidas (o las diferentes vías de entrada de comunicación al Centro de Control), recabando la información necesaria de los interlocutores, de acuerdo con los criterios y procedimientos establecidos, para catalogar la prioridad de actuación y clasificar los avisos recibidos en base a su importancia, para garantizar su resolución y dentro de los tiempos establecidos, siempre en el ámbito P1 y P2 (avisos de emergencia y urgencia con compromiso de seguridad o continuidad de suministros en redes e instalaciones)

Asignar a los equipos correspondientes los avisos recibidos, en función de la disponibilidad y proximidad de éstos al lugar de la incidencia, transmitiendo la información que precisen para su resolución.

Realizar el seguimiento diario de la explotación de la Red de Transporte y Distribución de gas natural, analizando sus parámetros clave para garantizar que cumplen con los establecidos en los Planes de Operaciones, así como detectar posibles desviaciones y actuar para corregirlas, movilizando recursos si fuese necesario.

Colaborar en la gestión de la información de la Red de Transporte y Distribución de gas natural recogida por el SCADA y otras aplicaciones de supervisión. Participando proactivamente, en coordinación con otras unidades de Explotación, para la actualización de dicha información, conforme a las necesidades de la explotación y operación en tiempo real.

Controlar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas de comunicaciones y de telecontrol, así como colaborar en su mantenimiento, con el objetivo de asegurar que se recibe la información de la red en todo momento y que se puede actuar sobre sus elementos cuando sea requerido.

Controlar los accesos a las instalaciones, detectando los posibles casos de intrusismo para garantizar la integridad de las mismas, verificando su correcto funcionamiento desde los sistemas de telecontrol, y movilizando recursos cuando sea necesario. Así como chequear que no queda ningún parámetro fuera de rango una vez que el personal las abandona.

Analizar, autorizar y supervisar la ejecución de todas las Autorizaciones que se llevan a cabo sobre la Red de Transporte y Distribución de gas natural, y plantas satélites de regasificación de Gas Natural Licuado (GNL) y Gas Licuado derivado del Petróleo (GLP).

Supervisar la operación en tiempo real de las plantas satélite de regasificación de Gas Natural Licuado (GNL) y Gas Licuado derivado del Petróleo (GLP).

Realizar un correcto traspaso de la información referente al estado de la operación, y de los acontecimientos relevantes, mediante su registro diario en los soportes disponibles para ello, y los relevos realizados durante el cambio de turno.

Coordinar los cierres y reaperturas de grandes comerciales o industriales para MOP > 4 bar, cálculos gas fugado por daños de terceros en la red de gas natural, extracción de los datos de la calidad del gas de las plantas de GNL.

Requisitos obligatorios:

Titulación Universitaria en Ingeniería (Industrial, Energía, Telecomunicaciones, Caminos o similar).

Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en operación de infraestructuras energéticas.

Requisitos Valorables:

Disponer de experiencia previa en explotación de redes.

Experiencia en centros de control y entornos industriales complejos.

Conocimientos nivel avanzado en análisis de datos, interpretación de información operativa y uso de herramientas.

Valorable SCADA.
