From our team, we are looking for a Territorial Distribution Specialist Technician to join the leading company in natural gas distribution nationwide. In this role, you will play a critical role at the heart of our operations, joining the Control Center to manage in real time the areas of Emergencies, Operation, and Service Desk, always ensuring safety and the continuity of supply in the Transport and Distribution Network. We are looking for a highly resourceful, analytical profile with great responsiveness who enjoys monitoring key parameters through SCADA and remote control systems, coordinating and handling critical incidents (P1 and P2) and supervising the operation of satellite plants (LNG/LPG). If you have technical rigor, excellent communication skills for reporting information in dynamic environments (shift work) and are motivated to take on the responsibility of protecting the infrastructure and the efficiency of the service, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Answer the calls received (or the different communication channels into the Control Center), gathering the necessary information from the interlocutors, according to the established criteria and procedures, to classify the priority of the action and categorize the messages received based on their importance, to guarantee their resolution and within the established times, always within the P1 and P2 scope (emergency and urgent notices with commitment to safety or continuity of supplies in networks and facilities)

Assign the notices received to the corresponding teams, based on their availability and proximity to the location of the incident, transmitting the information they need for its resolution.

Carry out the daily monitoring of the operation of the natural gas Transportation and Distribution Network, analyzing daily you can filter with the established Operations Plans, as well as detecting possible deviations and acting to correct them, mobilizing resources if necessary.

Collaborate in the management of the information of the natural gas Transportation and Distribution Network collected by SCADA and other supervision applications. Participating proactively, in coordination with other Operation units, to update such information, according to the needs of the operation in real time.

Control the correct functioning of communications and remote control systems, as well as collaborate in their maintenance, with the aim of ensuring that network information is received at all times and that action can be taken on its elements when required.

Control access to the facilities, detecting possible cases of intrusion to ensure their integrity, verifying their correct functioning from the remote control systems, and mobilizing resources when necessary. Also check that no parameter remains out of range once personnel have performed them.

Analyze, authorize and supervise the execution of all Authorizations carried out on the natural gas Transport and Distribution Network, located more conveniently and slightly including refining plants of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

Supervise the real-time operation of the satellite regasification plants of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

Carry out a correct handover of the information regarding the state of the operation, the most critical events, through the available logs and the shifts carried out during the change of shift.

Coordinate the closures and reopenings of large commercial or industrial MOP > 4 bar, calculating fugitive gas from third-party damage in the natural gas network, extracting gas quality data from LNG plants.

Mandatory requirements:

University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Telecommunications, Civil, or similar).

1 to 3 years of experience in the operation of energy infrastructure.
