What you'll do

Ensure electrical supply: Supervise and maintain the plant's electrical substations, transformers, distribution panels, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.

Preventive and predictive maintenance: Design and execute the preventive maintenance plan to avoid unexpected stoppages in production lines or mixing reactors.

Resolution of complex failures (Corrective): Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, or automation failures (PLCs, frequency converters) ensuring minimal production downtime.

Spare parts and stock management: Control the inventory of critical electrical components and manage the purchase of necessary materials with key suppliers.

Compliance with regulations and safety: Ensure that all installations and maneuvers strictly comply with the Low/High Voltage Electrical Regulations and PRL standards.

Requirements

Education: Intermediate Vocational Training (FPGM) in Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanical Maintenance, or a Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Experience: At least 2 years in electrical maintenance in industrial environments or continuous production plants.

Technical knowledge: Interpretation of electrical diagrams, handling of PLCs, frequency converters, transformer centers, and Low and High Voltage regulations.

Competencies: Leadership and team management skills, clear results orientation, and incident resolution under pressure.
