About the role

Do you bring professional maturity, autonomy, and solid experience in the technical installation of Data Processing Centers? Are you looking for a project offering a continuous morning shift and mobility mainly in the northern area of Madrid?

If you have a strong electromechanical profile oriented toward critical facilities (electricity, climate, and fire protection) and are looking to take responsibility for your own projects... this vacancy has your name on it!

What you'll do

As an Infrastructure Technician, you will be responsible for the facilities and maintenance of assigned clients. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and will include:

-Installation, assembly, and preventive/corrective maintenance of CPD infrastructures.

-Management of distribution panels, generators, and general electrical systems.

-Installation and maintenance of industrial HVAC/refrigeration machines and Fire Protection Systems (FPS).

-Technical configuration of equipment at the physical level, manual wiring and monitoring systems (connectivity data).

-Visiting client facilities to ensure the proper functioning of all critical systems.

What we're looking for

-Technical Profile: We are looking for a professional in physical installations and infrastructures. (Note: We are not looking for computer or software system profiles, but specialists in electricity and climate for Data Centers).

-Experience: Proven experience in Data Processing Centers and associated technical equipment. Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire detection/extinguishing systems (FPS), and handling of electrical and electronic equipment.

-Training: Formal studies in Electrical and Electronic Engineering are highly valued (though not excluding if solid experience is demonstrated in manual work with wiring and cooling systems).

-Mobility and Vehicle: A own vehicle is required for travel (mileage paid). The usual work area will be Northern Madrid (Las Rozas, Pozuelo, El Escorial...), covering 70% - 80% of the working day.

-Availability to travel: The remaining 20% - 30% of the time will require trips outside Madrid (with all expenses paid and the possibility, depending on the case, of spending the night at home). These will be occasional trips.

What you'll get

-Salary Range: From 25,000 to 30,000 euros gross per year, distributed in 8 payments, depending on the technical experience contributed.

-Schedule: Continuous office hours from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00 h.

-Overtime and on-call shifts: As a general rule, no overtime is worked, but if the day is exceeded due to project needs, it will be compensated. Occasionally, working on a holiday or on-call duty be required.

-Holidays: 23 working days per year (with a preference for taking them in August, although you are free to organize them).

-Travel and Allowances: The company will pay the mileage incurred for travel (no company van provided). All expenses derived from work trips are 100% covered.
