Multiskilled Maintenance Technician with Travel

-Comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities

(supermarkets and centers)

-Minor masonry work

-Facility adjustments

-Electrical Experience: Demonstrable experience in low voltage and industrial

installations.

-Problem-Solving Ability: High level of autonomy depending on the category.

-Academic Background: Vocational training in Facility Maintenance, Mechatronics, or

similar is valued.

-Certifications: MANDATORY 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course.

EUR 21,500–35,000 per year

-Base Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00 (one-hour break). Friday continuous shift from 08:00 to 15:00.

-Work Methodology: They usually work in pairs (technical teams of two).

-Travel and Meal Allowances:

Departures from the workplace (Valladolid for Castilla y León).

If the trip is long and returning the same day is not possible, hotel and meal allowances are paid.

Overtime and Travel Time ("Everything is paid"):

-Early departures: If they leave for the job site before their start time (before 08:00), that time is paid as overtime.

-Return trips: If they return after their schedule (from

17:00 onward), even if it is exclusively travel time and the return trip to the

center, that time is also fully counted and paid as overtime.

-Experiencia Eléctrica: Experiencia demostrable en baja tensión e instalaciones

industriales.

-Capacidad Resolutiva: Alto nivel de autonomía dependiendo de la categoría.

-Formación Académica: Valorable FP en Mantenimiento de Instalaciones, Mecatrónica, o

similar.

-Certificaciones: IMPRESCINDIBLE Curso de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) de 20 horas.

EUR 21,500–35,000 per year

-Horario Base: Lunes a Jueves de 08:00h a 14:00h y de 15:00h a 17:00h (descanso de una hora). Viernes jornada intensiva de 08:00h a 15:00h.

-Metodología de Trabajo: Suelen trabajar en pareja (binomios técnicos).

-Desplazamientos y Dietas:

Salidas desde el centro de trabajo (Valladolid para CyL).

Si el desplazamiento es largo y no se puede volver en el día, se paga hotel y dietas.

Horas Extras y Tiempos de Viaje ("Todo se paga"):

-Salidas anticipadas: Si salen hacia la obra antes de su horario de inicio (antes de las 08:00h), ese tiempo se abona como hora extra.

-Desplazamientos de vuelta: Si vuelven después de su horario (a partir de las

17:00h), aunque sea exclusivamente tiempo de desplazamiento y viaje de vuelta al

centro, ese tiempo también se computa y abona íntegramente como hora extra.
