Support Technician

Do you have experience as an administrative professional with Linux knowledge or training in the electrical sector (High Voltage)? At Randstad we are looking for profiles like yours! We offer you the opportunity to join a leading project in the electric utilities sector alongside a great team.

As part of the IT support team for the RESCA1 project, your main duties will involve performing GIS data entry tasks for Electric Utilities (distribution or transmission of electrical energy).

These tasks will be carried out on the SIEMENS Power Spectrum 7 and/or SIEMENS Power Spectrum 3 SCADA/EMS solution:

Creating and/or modifying one-line diagrams for substations and areas.

Creating and modifying tabular displays.

Reorganizing one-line diagrams for geographic areas.

Creating regional maps.

Modeling substations.

Configuring computer-to-computer links (ICCP).

Configuring the remote telemetry database.

Modeling network applications (TNA).

Supporting RTU testing for the Spectrum system.

Training: Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate

Knowledge: SCADA / GIS, SIEMENS Power Spectrum (v3/v7)

Experience: 3 years

Training: Vocational training in IT with Linux knowledge OR a profile with High Voltage / Electrical Substation knowledge and IT skills (Linux).

Note: Applications without this specific training will not be rejected if they can demonstrate experience relevant to the position.

Valuable experience: Demonstrable experience in data entry into SCADA or GIS systems for electrical utilities (e.g., one-line diagram entry) and in network projects for clients.

Languages: English is not essential, but valuable.

Contract type: Temporary (Start date: 01/07/2026 - End: 31/12/2026).

Working hours: 40 hours per week (on-site at the client's office in La Moraleja, no option to cover remote work).

Schedule: Flexible start between 07:30 and 08:00 h, until 16:30 or 17:00 h (with a 1-hour lunch break).

Collective agreement: Consulting (Category: A1GCN1).

ntegrado/a en el equipo de soporte TI del proyecto RESCA1, tus funciones principales consistirán en la realización de tareas de entrada de datos GIS para Utilities Eléctricas (distribución o transporte de energía eléctrica).

Estos trabajos se realizarán sobre la solución SCADA/EMS SIEMENS Power Spectrum 7 y/o SIEMENS Power Spectrum 3:

Creación y/o modificación de unifilares de subestaciones y zonas.

Creación y modificación de tabulares.

Reorganización de unifilares de zonas geográficas.

Creación de mapas de regiones.

Modelado de subestaciones.

Configuración de enlaces ordenador-ordenador (ICCP).

Configuración de la base de datos de remotas.

Modelado de aplicaciones de red (TNA).

Soporte de Pruebas de RTUs del Sistema Spectrum.

Formación: Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio

Conocimientos: scada / gis, siemens power spectrum (v3/v7)

Experiencia: 3 años

Formación: Ciclo formativo en Informática con conocimientos en Linux O perfil con conocimientos en Alta Tensión / Subestaciones Eléctricas con habilidades informáticas (Linux).

Nota: No se descartarán solicitudes que no dispongan de esta formación específica si acreditan experiencia aplicable en el puesto.

Experiencia valorable: Experiencia demostrable en entrada de datos en sistemas SCADA o GIS para Utilities eléctricas (ej. entrada de diagramas unifilares) y en proyectos de redes para clientes.

Idiomas: Inglés no imprescindible, pero valorable.

Tipo de contrato: Eventual (Fecha de inicio: 01/07/2026 - Fin: 31/12/2026).

Jornada: 40 horas semanales (presencial en sede de cliente en La Moraleja, sin opción a teletrabajo).

Horario: Entrada flexible entre las 07:30 y 08:00 h, hasta las 16:30 o 17:00 h (con 1 hora de descanso para comida).

Convenio: Consultoría (Categoría: A1GCN1).

Puesto de prevención de riesgos (PRL): Soporte TI.
