Salesperson with Experience in Bathroom Fixtures

1. Customer service and technical advice Active listening: Identifying customer needs (full renovation, guest bathroom, adaptation of public or accessible bathrooms). Trend advice: Guiding the customer on trending materials, faucets, and finishes. Query resolution: Explaining technical differences between shower trays, bathtubs, toilets, or built-in systems.
2. Design and layout and simulation: Creating plans or visual representations to show the customer how the space will look. Space optimization: Applying knowledge of minimum dimensions and accessibility regulations to ensure proper mobility. Showroom management: Keeping the store display attractive, clean, and organized to facilitate sales.
3. Administrative management and budgeting: Preparing the breakdown of tiles, square meters, and accessories to offer a fixed price. Order management: Processing the purchase of fixtures and materials with suppliers and coordinating delivery times. Closing the sale: Negotiating terms and formalizing the contract or invoice.

• Experience in sales in the bathroom fixtures section
• Knowledge of all products: ceramics, faucets, bathroom furniture, toilets, sinks, and accessories
• Full availability.

• Salary according to collective bargaining agreement.

Sales Representative

The main duties are divided into four key areas:

1. Atención al cliente y asesoramiento técnico Escucha activa: Identificar las necesidades del cliente (reforma integral, baño de cortesía, adaptación de baños públicos o accesibles).Asesoramiento en tendencias: Guiar al cliente sobre materiales, griferías y revestimientos en auge. Resolución de dudas: Explicar diferencias técnicas entre platos de ducha, bañeras, inodoros o sistemas empotrados.
2. Diseño y distribución de y simulación: Realizar planos o representaciones visuales para mostrar al cliente cómo quedará el espacio. Optimización del espacio: Aplicar los conocimientos sobre dimensiones mínimas y normativas de accesibilidad para asegurar una correcta movilidad. del showroom: Mantener la exposición de la tienda atractiva, limpia y ordenada para facilitar la venta.
3. Gestión administrativa y de presupuestos: Realizar el despiece de azulejos, metros cuadrados y accesorios para ofrecer un precio cerrado. Gestión de pedidos: Tramitar la compra de los sanitarios y materiales con los proveedores y coordinar los plazos de entrega. Cierre de venta: Negociar las condiciones y formalizar el contrato o factura.
