We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance professional for our northwest region (Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, and northwest Castile and León) who will be responsible for establishing procedures, techniques, and qualifications for pest control activities in accordance with current legislation and regulations, as well as working actively with the region as a technical manager to ensure the highest quality service delivery to clients, and to ensure full compliance with all legal and internal regulations across technical processes.

Audit and Regulatory Compliance

  • Conduct regular internal audits at branches and key client sites.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with current legislation (public health, biocides, etc.).

Process and Operations Control

  • Ensure the correct application of control methods and safety protocols (use of PPE).

  • Identify, document, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.

  • Analyze key quality indicators (KPIs, such as retreatment rates).

Technical Support and Training

  • Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams.

  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs on quality and best practices.

  • Assist in managing key accounts (Key Accounts, such as the food industry) that require high regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Higher university degree in biosanitary sciences (Veterinary Science, Biology, or Pharmacy).
  • Level 3 Professional Certificate in Pest Control.
  • Postgraduate training in Quality and Environment is valued.
