ACC1NA, in its Facility Services division, is selecting an intern for its León office.
Functions:
Collaborate in the analysis of tender specifications, client requirements, and documentation related to tenders and contracts.
Participate in the preparation and review of technical and economic documentation for bids.
Support the coordination of the different areas involved in the preparation of proposals (Operations, Legal, HR, Procurement, Finance, etc.).
Collaborate in the collection and analysis of information needed to prepare technical and economic studies.
Provide support in the request and follow-up of quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
Participate in the planning and monitoring of the different phases of the bidding process.
Collaborate in updating tools and databases for commercial management and CRM.
Support the analysis of tender results and opportunities for improvement in future proposals.
Participate in identifying risks, opportunities, and differentiating factors in bids.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to bid preparation and management processes.
Internship duration: 6 months
Paid Internship.
