The mission of this open position is to provide scientific/technical service for the systems and solutions installed at the customer site, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in each of the assigned activities: system configuration, customer training, user maintenance, troubleshooting, updates, and modifications. Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the installation and configuration of analyzers in the customer's laboratory as agreed, in accordance with company requirements and standards.

- Plan and coordinate installations, presentations, and product trials for customers with the sales network.
- Support the Sales and Marketing team to optimize commercial operations by participating in the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales phases of commercial opportunities, maintaining the customer lifecycle.
- Optimize and improve the installation, configuration, and user training process, ensuring sustainability and customer satisfaction using the digital tools provided by the company.
Required Profile
● Degree in the following Health Science disciplines:
○ Health Biology
○ Biomedicine
○ Biotechnology
● Specialization in molecular biology and/or pathological anatomy is valued
● Experience in customer relations and ideally working in laboratories is valued
● Fluent level of Spanish and English
● B1 driving license
● Geographic mobility within the national and international territory when required
● Flexible hours
● Residency in Alicante or the Region of Murcia
