Provide a high-quality scientific/technical service to the installed systems

at the customer site, focusing on interoperability between systems and networks of our clients

Operability of Solutions

  • Maintain an excellent level of operability in all assigned digital solutions through the correct execution of the procedures established for preventive, corrective, evolutionary maintenance, installations, and modifications.
  • Install, test, maintain, and evolve digital solutions at our customers' sites.
  • Configure and customize applications to meet specific usage needs.
  • Diagnose hardware failures (IT) and escalate specialized issues when necessary.
  • Implement new protocols when necessary.
  • Train users in the handling and use of the solutions.
  • Participate in the design, maintenance, and evolution of workflows within a laboratory.

Communications and Customer Collaboration

  • Establish and maintain an excellent level of communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with customers.
  • Report on software and/or digital solution updates.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving to employees on a variety of technological issues.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience.

Activity Reporting

  • Report activities carried out remotely or on-site in the CRM.
  • Ensure proper documentation of the technical characteristics of the installation and its update at the customer site when required, according to the quality standards for reporting defined by the organization.
  • Document processes and log tickets for ongoing work.

Collaboration with the Commercial Area

  • Work closely with the commercial team to address customer needs.
  • Support the sales of solutions and service offerings.
  • Provide ongoing support for new implementations and software updates, products, and analytical solutions.
  • Customer loyalty.

Required Profile

● Location: Castile and León (Valladolid preferred)

● Academic Background:

  • Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering, Bioengineering, Health Sciences, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

● Technical Knowledge:

  • Advanced IT skills, including hardware/software configuration, network management, and server maintenance.
  • Technical knowledge of ASTM and HL7 protocols.
  • Technical knowledge of SQL and InterSystems databases.
  • Technical knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
  • Technical knowledge of SaaS and IaaS.
  • Knowledge of biology and preferably diagnostic systems and products in the serum work area.

● Language:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

● Mobility:

  • Driving license B.
  • Availability for geographic mobility within the national and international territory.
