The Position

Provide high-quality scientific/technical service for the systems and solutions installed
at the customer site, focusing on the interoperability between our customers' systems and networks
and our products (Hardware and Software), ensuring that the customer's knowledge
aligns with our guides and recommendations detailed in the Operator Manual
of our software products.
Provide maximum efficiency and effectiveness in each of the assigned activities:
installations, preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance and modifications, ensuring
that the service provided generates a competitive advantage, becoming a

Responsibilities
Solutions Operability:
- Maintain an excellent level of operability in all assigned digital solutions through the correct execution of procedures planned for preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance, installations, and modifications.
- Install, test, maintain, and evolve digital solutions at our customers' sites.
- Configure and customize applications to meet specific usage needs.
- Diagnose hardware (IT) failures and escalate specialized problems when necessary.
- Implement new protocols when necessary.
- Train users in the handling and use of the solutions.
- Participate in the design, maintenance, and evolution of laboratory workflows (Workflow).
Customer Communication and Collaboration:

Responsabilidades
Operatividad de Soluciones:

- Instalar, probar, mantener y evolucionar las soluciones digitales en nuestros clientes.
