What you'll do

💙 Drive patient loyalty actions with clients, follow up on the portfolio, and attract new patients to encourage visits.

💙 Prepare and explain treatment budgets to the patient, facilitating their treatment plan through personalized advice and providing value-added solutions.

💙 Advise the patient on financing options and the dental insurance policy.

💙 Participate in the development and implementation of the clinic's business plan to ensure the achievement of KPIs/objectives, proposing improvements when deviations are detected.

💙 Prepare monitoring reports and business activity reports, and report to Management.

💙 Together with the Director, lead a multidisciplinary team, contributing to their motivation and development to achieve excellent results, while also taking part in the selection and training of team members.
