Production Manager. Track Assembly

• Technical education: Engineering (Civil, Public Works, Industrial, etc.), Higher Vocational Training, or equivalent accredited experience in railway construction.

• Verifiable prior experience as a Production Manager in railway projects, focused on track superstructure and assembly (urban networks, trams, depots, or workshops).

• Knowledge of track construction procedures, assembly team coordination, and track machinery.

• Organizational skills, on-site team management, and practical problem-solving abilities.

• Stability: Contract in a solid work environment with long-term projects.

🛠 Position: Production Manager specialized in Track Assembly - Tram Project

At Aldesa, every day is an opportunity to learn, innovate, and overcome new challenges. We are looking for a Production Manager specialized in Track Laying to join us on the New Tarragona Camp Tram Operations Center Project - Vila-seca.

This is a strategic comprehensive railway project. It includes the construction of an industrial complex of 6,300 m², urban development, 750 V catenary, and highly complex installations, as well as the execution of the track yard (five workshop tracks and four depot tracks).

If you have experience in track execution and superstructure and want to take part in a key mobility project, we want to meet you!

• Direct and supervise on-site track superstructure production and assembly work (track yard with 5 workshop tracks and 4 depot tracks).

• Coordinate the human and material resources assigned to the track assembly phase, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance with the overall schedule.

• Plan the daily and weekly progress of track work, coordinating with civil works, building, and electrical/catenary units.

• Enforce and ensure compliance with health and safety standards during track work execution.

• Oversee relationships with specialized subcontractors and the technical reception of railway materials.
