Maintenance Supervisor

The functions to be performed will be the following:

• Study each case of breakdowns, incidents, abnormal operations, etc., to identify the causes that produced them and how they can be avoided in the future. Draft an internal MBR (maintenance breakdown report) document that records the breakdown with a detailed analysis of its root cause.

• Improvements to equipment, to guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant. 

• Technical training of Maintenance personnel, whose mission is to ensure the transmission of basic knowledge to maintenance teams to guarantee autonomy in diagnosing breakdowns on their part.

• Manage and support high-impact preventive maintenance interventions, optimizing time and resources

• Drafting of specific maintenance lessons learned, in order to have a documentation library that can be consulted by all technicians. 

• Create an effective lubrication plan, establishing lubrication standards.

• Contribute to the implementation of predictive maintenance according to the department's strategy in this regard, implementing vibration and thermography analyzers.

• Participate in the meeting (Task Force)  to monitor maintenance actions, as an integral part of the technical office, and collaborate in the piloting and monitoring of actions under their responsibility.

The requirements to apply for the position are the following:

• Higher Degree or equivalent university studies in technical disciplines such as electromechanics, automation and robotics, mechatronics, etc.

• Native Spanish

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in industrial maintenance in the engineering/maintenance branch

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in industrial mechanical maintenance

• Training in reliability and maintenance methodologies is desirable.  

• English B1 preferred

Las funciones a realizar serán los siguientes:

• Estudiar cada uno de los casos de averías, incidencias, funcionamientos anómalos, etc. para identificar las causas que lo produjeron y como se pueden evitar en el futuro. Redactar un documento interno MBR (maintenance breakdown report) que registre la avería con un análisis detallado de la causa raíz de la misma.

• Mejoras en los equipos, para garantizar la eficiencia y efectividad de la planta. 

• Formación técnica del personal de Mantenimiento, su misión es asegurar la transmisión de los  conocimientos básicos a los equipos de mantenimiento para garantizar una autonomía en el diagnóstico de averías por parte de los mismos.

• Gestionar y apoyar  las intervenciones de mantenimiento preventivo de alto alcance ,optimizando el tiempo y los recursos

• Redacción de las lecciones puntuales de mantenimiento, con el fin de tener una librería de documentación consultable por todos los técnicos. 

• Crear un plan de lubricación eficaz, estableciendo estándares de lubricación.

• Contribuir a la implantación del mantenimiento predictivo de acuerdo con la estrategia del departamento en este sentido, implementado analizadores de vibración y termografía.

• Participar en la reunión (Task Force)  de seguimiento de acciones de mantenimiento, como parte integrante de la oficina técnica tiene que colaborar en el pilotaje y seguimiento de acciones bajo su responsabilidad.

Los requisitos para poder aplicar a la vacante son los siguientes:

• Grado Superior o estudios universitarios equivalentes en disciplinas técnicas como electromecánico, automatización y robótica, mecatrónica, etc.

• Lengua materna Castellano

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia demostrable en mantenimiento industrial en la rama ingeniería/mantenimiento

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia demostrable en mantenimiento mecánico industrial

• Deseable formación en metodologías de fiabilidad y mantenimiento.  

• Preferible Inglés B1
