Electromechanic

The person joining the maintenance department at the factory will be responsible for ensuring that the plant's equipment and facilities are in safe conditions, guaranteeing the efficiency, quality, and environmental performance of the production process.

The main duties are as follows:

- Handle the needs of corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Execute work orders at the plant.
- Record incidents and interventions in the management program.
- Verify and communicate incidents.
- Control, maintain, and ensure the availability of general services (water, electricity, steam, compressed air, etc.).
- Adjust and monitor the operating parameters of the facilities and services (including fire protection).
- Propose improvements to the production process and facilities.
- Ensure order and cleanliness in the work area.
- Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards, environmental, hygiene, and occupational safety regulations during interventions.
- Follow maintenance procedures at the factory and those specific to the actions to be performed.

Minimum requirements:
- Higher-level training (FP) in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electricity, or Naval Engineering.
- Food Handler Certificate.
- Forklift License.
- Boiler Operator Certificate.
- Legionella Certificate will be valued.
- At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance.

- Registrar incidencias e intervenciones en el programa de gestión.
- Verificar y comunicar incidencias.
- Controlar, mantener y asegurar la disponibilidad de los servicios generales (agua, electricidad, vapor, aire comprimido, etc.).
- Ajustar y vigilar los parámetros de funcionamiento de las instalaciones y servicios (incluyendo la protección contra incendios).
- Proponer mejoras al proceso productivo e instalaciones.
- Asegurar el orden y limpieza en la zona de trabajo.
- Asegurar en sus intervenciones la aplicación de normas de calidad y seguridad alimentaria, medio ambiente, higiene y seguridad laboral.
- Cumplir procedimientos de mantenimiento en la fábrica y específicos de las acciones a realizar.

Requisitos mínimos:
- FP Superior en Mecánica, Electromecánica, Electricidad o Ingeniería Naval.
- Carnet de Manipulador de Alimentos.
- Carnet de Carretillas Elevadoras.
- Operador de Calderas.
- Se valorará certificado de Legionella.
- Experiencia en Mantenimiento Industrial de al menos 1 año.
