About the role

We are looking for personnel with the following requirements:

Position objective:

 Under the supervision of the process team leader, ensure and supply product to the packaging lines, using all the machinery in the process area.

What you'll do

Responsibilities:

  • Know and properly execute the established standards for working with critical control points, as well as their recording.

  • Produce firm yogurts, stirred yogurts, liquid yogurts, and desserts.

  • Perform unloading and control of raw milk at reception.

  • Perform standardization processes (liquid recipes, powder recipes, recirculation with powder incorporation).

  • Incorporate added milk, powders, and ferments.

  • Perform pasteurization, sterilization, and thermization processes.

  • Perform transfers of TFB and TABS.

  • Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) on all process and packaging line elements.

  • Responsible for product quality, complying with the standards and specific self-checks for the position, and correctly recording them.

  • Computerized recording and control of all raw material consumption.

  • Control of raw material stock in the process warehouse.

What we're looking for

Minimum education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training related to sciences (Food Industry, Laboratory, Quality Control, etc.)

Experience:  Essential experience in the food industry in the process area.
