Production Operator

Production operator in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Food Industry. Within their area of work, they will carry out the duties pertaining to the different stages of production, with training provided by the company, in a highly mechanized environment. Among the duties to be performed are:

1 - Moving products from the end of the line to the cold tunnel or hot room, respecting the specific characteristics of the product.

Tasks:

• Computerized identification of pallets.
• Moving pallets to the designated destination in each case.
• Performing the necessary checks while the product is in the hot room and until it enters the cold tunnel.
• Monitoring the yogurt fermentation process.

2 - Operating the overwrapping machine, labeling machine, cartoning machine, and palletizer, in order to manufacture products that meet specifications, both in quantity and quality, and achieving the required efficiency for the machine.

Tasks:

• Adapting the labeling of the primary packaging to the secondary packaging, the box type, and the palletizing.
• Performing the scheduled self-inspections in each case.
• Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.

3 - First-level maintenance of valves, including their inspection and replacement within the defined periods for this role, in line with the provisions of the job description.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack.

• Food Handler Certificate.
• Intermediate Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) / Advanced Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior).

• Training related to Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanics, Automation, Industrial Mechatronics, or Industrial Technical Engineering will be valued.
• Experience in the industry will be valued.

Operario/a de producción en Industria Alimentaria de Gran Consumo. Dentro de su área de actuación, desarrollará las funciones que le son propias en los diferentes estadios de la producción, previa formación a cargo de la empresa, en un entorno altamente mecanizado. Entre las funciones a realizar está:

1 - Traslados de productos desde el final de línea hasta la introducción en túnel de frío o cámara caliente respectando las peculiaridades del producto.

Tareas:

• Identificación informática de los palets.
• Traslado de palets al destino fijado en cada caso.
• Realizar los controles necesarios durante su estancia en cámara caliente y hasta su entrada de túnel frio.
• Controlar el proceso de fermentación de los yogures.

2 - Manejo de la máquina de sobreembalaje, etiquetadora, encajonadora y paletizador, con el fin de fabricar productos respondiendo a las especificaciones, tanto en cantidad como en calidad y respondiendo a la eficacia requerida para su máquina.

Tareas:

• Adecuar el etiquetado del envase al del embalaje, el tipo de caja y el paletizado.
• Realizar el autocontrol previsto en cada caso.
• Realizar las tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento.

3.- Mantenimiento de primer nivel de válvulas procediendo a su revisión y sustitución en los periodos definidos para esta función en linea con lo establecido en la descripción de su puesto de trabajo.

Requisitos Mínimos:

Experiencia en el manejo de la Carretilla Elevadora y Transpaleta.

• Certificado de Manipulador de Alimentos
• FP de Grado Medio/Superior.

• Se valorará formación relacionada con: Electricidad/Electrónica, Mecánica, Automatización, Mecatrónica Industrial e Ingeniería Técnica Industrial.
• Se valorará experiencia en la Industria.
