About the role

At Sener, we want to bring a Junior Electronic Equipment Control Engineer into our team for our Tres Cantos or Bilbao office.

What you'll do

You will be part of the multidisciplinary team (hardware, software and mechanics) that develops the equipment used to test the control electronics and mechanisms of antenna pointing systems, couplings and robotic anchors, telescope focusing and scanning systems, among others.

Some of your duties will be:

  • Analyze equipment requirements.

  • Develop simulation environments in Matlab/Simulink for electromechanical systems (mechanics and electronics).

  • Design, tune and analyze controllers.

  • Implement control laws.

  • Analyze performance.

  • Sizing of components (motors, sensors...)

  • Equipment validation testing.

  • Component characterization testing.

  • Draft the associated documentation.
