HVAC Mechanical Engineer

At Sener, we wish to incorporate an HVAC Mechanical Engineer into our team at our Bilbao or Barcelona office, to participate in the design of mechanical installations in international infrastructure projects.

Our activity is focused on the development of electromechanical installation design projects for the infrastructure sector (tunnels, ports, airports, metro and railway stations, workshops and depot yards, etc.) as well as in the singular building sector, such as sports venues and hospitals.

- Leading the design and calculation of mechanical installations.

- Ensuring compliance with the tender specifications.

- Ability to manage the technical and economic scope as support to the Project Manager.

- Preparation of cost estimates when participating in a bid.

-Industrial Engineering Degree (Higher or Technical).

-More than 5 years of experience in the design of mechanical installations.

- Knowledge of national regulations (CTE, RSCIEI, RITE, etc.) as well as international regulations (NFPA, ASHRAE, CIBSE, IPC, NPC, etc.) is required.

- Previous experience in developing projects using the BIM methodology is required.

- Availability to travel is required.

-English level B2 or higher.

En Sener deseamos incorporar en nuestro equipo a un/a Ingeniero/a mecánico/a HVAC en nuestro centro de trabajo de Bilbao o Barcelona, para participar en el diseño de las instalaciones mecánicas en proyectos internacionales de infraestructuras.

Nuestra actividad está centrada en el desarrollo de proyectos de diseño de instalaciones electromecánicas para el sector de las infraestructuras (túneles, puertos, aeropuertos, estaciones de metro y ferrocarril, patios de talleres y cocheras, etc.) así como en el sector de la edificación singular como es el caso de recintos deportivos y hospitales.

- Liderar el diseño y cálculo de instalaciones mecánicas.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del pliego.

- Capacidad de gestión técnica y económica de los alcances como apoyo al Director de Proyecto.

- Preparación de estimaciones de costes cuando se participa en una oferta.
