Area Manager (Cleaning Division)

We are looking to hire an Area Manager, based in Seville. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the services and the team that coordinates operations in Andalusia, the Canary Islands, Extremadura, and part of Castilla-La Mancha.

• Manage the assigned client portfolio, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the economic performance of the area, including the preparation and monitoring of budgets, costs, and variances.
• Lead, develop, and coordinate the teams under their responsibility, promoting their training, motivation, and engagement.
• Monitor the main activity, productivity, and quality indicators, driving continuous improvement actions.
• Coordinate with the different support areas to ensure the proper functioning of contracts and compliance with legal, prevention, and quality requirements.

• Previous experience in a similar position, managing cleaning operations, facility services, or related sectors.
• Experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage clients, optimize resources, and ensure high levels of quality and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of financial management, budget control, and cost analysis.
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel.
• Results-oriented profile, with organizational skills, autonomy, and strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Área Manager, con base en Sevilla. La persona incorporada será responsable de la gestión de los servicios y el equipo que coordina la actividad en Andalucía, Canarias, Extremadura y parte de Castilla-La Mancha.

• Gestionar la cartera de clientes asignada, garantizando la calidad de los servicios y su satisfacción.
• Controlar la actividad económica del área, incluyendo la elaboración y seguimiento de presupuestos, costes y desviaciones.
• Liderar, desarrollar y coordinar los equipos bajo su responsabilidad, promoviendo su formación, motivación e implicación.
• Realizar el seguimiento de los principales indicadores de actividad, productividad y calidad, impulsando acciones de mejora continua.
• Coordinarse con las diferentes áreas de soporte para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los contratos y el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, de prevención y calidad.

• Experiencia previa en posición similar, gestionando operaciones de limpieza, facility services o sectores relacionados.
• Experiencia en liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos multidisciplinares.
• Capacidad para gestionar clientes, optimizar recursos y garantizar altos niveles de calidad y satisfacción.
• Conocimientos de gestión económica, control presupuestario y análisis de costes.
• Carnet de conducir en vigor y disponibilidad para viajar.
• Perfil orientado a resultados, con capacidad organizativa, autonomía y habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
