About the role

After the success of last year, Azul Handling is once again launching its graduate program, unique in the aviation sector! We are training the best team of planners with the goal of having them join the company once they finish their training program. Will you join us?

What is a schedule planner? We internally call this role "Planner," and it is the person responsible for planning the shifts of airport workers. At first glance, it may sound simple, but it is not—not at all! To carry out this work, you must be an expert on airport life, how boarding areas work, where aircraft parking stands are located, etc., as well as the labor laws you must follow to comply with current regulations at all times. In short, you ensure our workers have their work shifts and rest periods properly distributed so that no aircraft goes unattended.

What you'll do

What will the training consist of? If you like airplanes, the airport world, and are eager to train as a Planner, this project will interest you. Selected candidates will have a theoretical and practical training period at our Head Offices, with a visit to one of the airports in our network. With this mix, we believe you will have the foundations to plan shifts at any of our airports in Spain.

What we're looking for

  • Completed formal education, ideally related to administrative or human resources tasks
  • No more than 3 years since completing those studies
  • You are an Excel pro and handle computer programs extremely well
  • The selected candidate must develop extensive knowledge in labor matters (current legislation related to human resources), so this area must be of interest to you
  • Good analytical skills
  • Team player—we cannot imagine our work without teamwork!
  • Excellent communication skills and ease in dealing with people
  • Commitment, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn
  • Discretion and commitment to the confidential information you handle
  • Flexibility to travel, since knowing the airport is a basic requirement to understand the role
  • Residing in Seville
  • Own vehicle

Nice to have

  • If you are good at English, you will have an advantage in the selection process!

What you'll get

  • Training contract for 6 months, with the option of a subsequent contract at the head office
  • Full-time schedule
  • We offer a very competitive salary, approximately €1,752 gross per month
  • 1-month probationary period
  • Being part of a leading company in the sector and a young, multidisciplinary department
