Civil and Hydraulic Engineering Site Supervisor

The selected Civil and Hydraulic Engineering Site Supervisor will need to perform the following functions:

• Supervise and coordinate civil and hydraulic engineering activities in assigned projects.
• Coordinate and supervise the Site Managers under their supervision.
• Manage work teams and resources to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
• Control the quality of the work carried out and ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Prepare and supervise project work plans and budgets.
• Collaborate with other departments for the correct planning of the works.
• Resolve technical and operational incidents that may arise during the execution of the project.
• Prepare periodic reports on the progress and status of the works.
• Ensure safety and compliance with environmental policies throughout all phases of the project.

We are looking for a Civil and Hydraulic Engineering Site Supervisor to lead projects in Andalusia. The professional will be responsible for supervising and coordinating teams to ensure the correct execution of the works.

The selected Civil and Hydraulic Engineering Site Supervisor must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering, Canals and Ports, or similar.
• Previous experience in the management of civil engineering projects, with specific experience in hydraulic engineering being highly valued.
• Advanced knowledge in planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Proficiency in project design and management software tools.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Availability to work in Andalusia, traveling to the projects.

El Jefe de Grupo Obra Civil Hidráulica seleccionado deberá realziar las siguientes funciones:

• Supervisar y coordinar las actividades de obra civil hidráulica en proyectos asignados.
• Coordinar y supervisar a los Jefes de Obra a su cargo.
• Gestionar equipos de trabajo y recursos para garantizar la entrega puntual de los proyectos.
• Controlar la calidad de los trabajos realizados y asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes.
• Elaborar y supervisar los planes de trabajo y presupuestos del proyecto.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos para la correcta planificación de las obras.
• Resolver incidencias técnicas y operativas que puedan surgir durante la ejecución del proyecto.
• Realizar informes periódicos sobre el avance y estado de las obras.
• Garantizar la seguridad y el cumplimiento de las políticas medioambientales en todas las fases del proyecto.

El Jefe de Grupo Obra Civil Hidráulica seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Titulación en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, o similar.
• Experiencia previa en la gestión de proyectos de obra civil, siendo muy valorable aportar experiencia especifica en obra hidráulica.
• Conocimientos avanzados en planificación, presupuestación y gestión de recursos.
• Manejo de herramientas de software de diseño y gestión de proyectos.
• Capacidad para liderar equipos multidisciplinares.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en Andalucía, desplazandose a los proyectos.
