Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years in process improvement, transformation, or project delivery
- Proven experience working across business + IT environments
- Exposure to AI, automation, RPA or digital transformation initiatives
- Solid understanding of Finance processes (OTC, RTR, PTP)
- Experience in GBS / Shared Services / multinational environments is a strong plus
SKILLS
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable use cases
- Solid project coordination & stakeholder management
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops
- Analytical mindset with focus on data, KPIs, and value realization
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; Power BI is a plus

Job Description
We are looking for an AI Process Optimization Expert to drive the identification, design, and delivery of AI-enabled process improvements across our global Finance organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Finance, IT, and AI transformation, acting as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions. The position plays a critical role in advancing SGS's Finance27+ strategy and broader AI adoption agenda.
YOUR MISSION
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven initiatives, from identifying opportunities and defining use cases through to implementation, tracking, and value realization-ensuring measurable impact on efficiency, quality, and scalability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. AI Opportunity Identification & Pipeline
- Drive the identification and prioritization of AI use cases across Finance processes (OTC, RTR, PTP)
- Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners, FSS teams, and IT to uncover high-value opportunities
- Maintain and continuously refine the AI opportunity pipeline aligned with Finance27+ priorities
2. Use Case Definition & Scoping
- Translate business challenges into structured AI use case frameworks (problem, data, success metrics, ROI)
- Define clear scope, feasibility, and implementation approach in collaboration with IT and AI teams
- Assess processes for AI readiness (data quality, standardization, automation potential)
3. Delivery & Project Coordination
- Lead coordination of AI pilots and implementations end-to-end (POCs → deployment)
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across Finance and IT
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and integrate effectively into existing processes
4. Value Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report progress, KPIs, and realized benefits (efficiency gains, cost savings, quality improvements)
- Contribute to executive reporting and dashboards (e.g., Power BI tracking)
- Capture lessons learned and best practices to scale successful use cases
