You will be Silbon's brand ambassador in the store: the person who connects with the customer, advises them with expertise, and turns every visit into a memorable experience.

Contract and working hours: total transparency

Your base contract is for 24-28 hours per week — a schedule that during the quieter months gives you room to organize yourself, rest, and enjoy your life outside the store.

But Silbon is a living brand with real seasons. During the other half of the year — sales, launch campaigns, store openings, peak sales periods — your hours can increase to full time. That means more presence, more teamwork, and also more pay.

Contrato y jornada: transparencia total
