Job Description

At Sopra Steria, a company recognized as a Great Place to Work, we are looking for an L0 Operator to join the team of the Control Center of a large Public Administration entity. You will be a fundamental part of the management and monitoring of incidents that impact critical services.

What are we looking for?

A person with at least 1 year of experience in:

• Incident management and monitoring

• Telephone support for users and providers

• Operations environments and control centers

• Use of ticketing tools (Remedy is highly valued)

• Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

• Spoken and written Catalan - high level (essential)

Responsibilities and functions

• Detection, analysis, and identification of incidents using monitoring tools for services and critical sites.

• Escalation and monitoring of incidents with various providers.

• Communication of the status and evolution of incidents to the teams involved.

• Generation of procedural reports.

• Proposal of improvements in incident management tools.

• Review and validation of changes to critical services according to defined regulations.

• Support and coordination with providers during the execution of relevant changes.

• Clear and constant communication regarding the status and evolution of changes.
