We are looking to incorporate an Incident / Change Manager profile into our team,

The selected person will join our flagship project in the Catalan Public Administration, collaborating in the main infrastructure control center.

Your day-to-day functions will be:

'- Backup for the service manager

'- Leadership of CABs

'- Leadership of crisis situations for incident/change management.

'- Coordination and updating of major change calendars presented to clients and providers

'- Monitoring of process indicators

'- Monitoring of team tasks and reporting to client managers

'- Definition and monitoring of the implementation of management process tasks (incidents/changes/problems)

La persona seleccionada se integrará en nuestro proyecto insignia, en la Administración Pública Catalana, colaborando en el principal centro de control de infraestructuras.

Tus funciones del día a día serán:

'- Backup del responsable de servicio

'- Liderazgo de CABs

'- Liderazgo de situaciones de crisis para la gestión de incidencias/cambios.

'- Coordinación y actualización de calendarios de cambios mayores que se presentan a clientes y proveedores
