Flight Coordination – Madrid Barajas Airport

At South Europe Ground Services, we are looking to expand our Flight Coordination team with professionals responsible for coordinating the ground operations of assigned flights. This includes ensuring that all resources required to service the aircraft-such as loading and unloading teams, cleaning services, fuel providers, catering, PRM assistance, passenger services, and flight crew-operate in a safe, organized, and punctual manner.
The role involves overseeing punctuality, safety, and service quality during each turnaround, ensuring compliance with all applicable operational procedures, local regulations, airline requirements, and legal standards. Flight Coordinators must make real-time operational decisions when dealing with unexpected situations, always ensuring the highest level of service excellence.
