Passenger Service Agent – Barcelona El Prat Airport

At South Europe Ground Services, we are looking for Passenger Service Agents to join our airport team. This role involves being the first point of contact for passengers, assisting them with the initial procedures of their journey.
Key responsibilities include managing check-in and boarding processes through each airline's operating systems, as well as assisting transit passengers to ensure smooth flight connections. The position also involves duties in the boarding area, such as baggage tagging and excess baggage fee collection, helping to provide travelers with an efficient and seamless airport experience.
