Flight Coordination – Barcelona El Prat Airport

At South Europe Ground Services, we are looking to expand our Flight Coordination team with professionals responsible for coordinating the ground operations of assigned flights. This includes ensuring that all services required to assist the aircraft-such as loading and unloading teams, cleaning services, fuel suppliers, catering, PRM assistance, passenger services, and flight crew-are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
The role involves overseeing punctuality, safety, and service quality during each turnaround, ensuring compliance with all applicable operational procedures, local regulations, airline requirements, and legal standards. Flight Coordinators must be able to make real-time operational decisions when unexpected situations arise, always maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
