Chef de Partie - automotive event September - IFEMA

At Staff Global Group, we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the VIP hospitality team that will provide service at a major international automotive event to be held in Madrid (IFEMA).

What will you do?

•      Take full responsibility for one section (hot, cold, pastry, etc.).

•      Organize and supervise the mise en place of your station.

•      Prepare and plate dishes following exact recipes and specifications.

•      Control portions, temperature, and presentation on every pass.

•      Supervise and direct the Commis Chefs in your section.

•      Strictly comply with HACCP and food safety protocols.

What are we looking for?

•      Culinary training and at least 3-4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in event catering or high-end food service.

• High level of English, essential

• Experience in open-concept, front-of-house kitchens

•      Mastery of the culinary techniques of your section.

•      Ability to work under high pressure while maintaining quality standards.

•      Ability to lead and organize junior staff.

•      Knowledge of HACCP and a valid food handling certificate.

•      Availability for the 4 days of the event (10–13 September).

En Staff Global Group, estamos buscando un/a Jefe/a de Partida / Chef de Partie para formar parte del equipo de hospitality VIP que dará servicio en un gran evento automovilístico internacional que se celebrará en Madrid (IFEMA).

¿Qué harás?

•      Asumir la responsabilidad total de una partida (caliente, fría, pastelería, etc.).

•      Organizar y supervisar la mise en place de su estación.

•      Preparar y emplatar siguiendo las recetas y las especificaciones exactas.

•      Controlar las porciones, la temperatura y la presentación en cada pase.

•      Supervisar y dirigir a los Commis Chefs de su partida.

•      Cumplir de forma rigurosa con los protocolos HACCP y de seguridad alimentaria.

¿Qué buscamos?

•      Formación en cocina y mínimo 3-4 años de experiencia como Jefe/a de Partida en catering de eventos o restauración de nivel.

• Nivel alto de inglés, imprescindible

• Experiencia en cocinas de concepto abierto y de cara al público

•      Dominio de las técnicas culinarias de su partida.

•      Capacidad de trabajo bajo alta presión manteniendo los estándares de calidad.

•      Capacidad para dirigir y organizar personal junior.

•      Conocimiento de HACCP y carné de manipulación de alimentos en vigor.

•      Disponibilidad para los 4 días del evento (10-13 de septiembre).
