What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for ensuring the correct administrative, accounting, and tax execution, ensuring reliable registration, monthly closings, payment/receipt management, and audit documentation, following established procedures and maintaining documentary traceability.

Accounting and financial administration

  • Scan, register, and account for supplier invoices and travel expenses.
  • Make accounting entries and keep accounting documentation up to date.
  • Archive and control administrative and financial documentation.
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly accounting closings.
