TCAI for SOASS service in Barcelona

The Social Orientation and Care Service for the Homeless (SOASS). This service offers observation, reception, and social support to adults (alone or in a cohabitation unit) and families with minors who are in a situation of vulnerability and housing instability.

• Accompaniment for the generation of habits and/or autonomy in health, schooling, administrative tasks, etc.

• Activate the mobile unit for the transfer and accompaniment of people served by the service.

• Record all activations of the mobile unit that you perform.

• Punctual accompaniment of people without a reference.

• Support the management of various purchases (medication, food, etc.) related to the assignment of aid for basic needs and maintenance.What do you need?

• Higher Level Training Cycle in sociosanitary care for people in a situation of dependency or equivalent accredited and homologated qualification.

• Experience in caring for adults.

• Driver's license.

• Ability to work in a team, organize, and have communication skills.

• Having a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

• Salary: · 20,064.07 € gross/year according to the social action collective agreement for non-continuous cycle.

El Servei d’Orientació i Atenció Social al Sensellarisme (SOASS). Aquest servei ofereix observació, acollida i acompanyament social a persones adultes (soles o en unitat de convivència) i famílies amb menors que es troben en situació de vulnerabilitat i inestabilitat de l'habitatge.

• Acompanyaments per a la generació d’hàbits i/o autonomia en salut, escolarització, tasques administratives, etc.

• Activar la unitat mòbil per al trasllat i acompanyament de les persones ateses pel servei.

• Registrar totes les activacions de la unitat mòbil que realitzi.

• Acompanyament puntual de persones sense el referent.

• Fer suport a la gestió de compres vàries (medicació, alimentació, etc.) relacionades amb l’assignació d’ajudes per a necessitats bàsiques i manteniment.Què necessites?

• CFGM d'atenció sociosanitària en persones en situació de dependència o Acredita't i titulació homologada.

• Experiència en atenció a persones adultes.

• Carnet de conduir.

• Capacitat de treball en equip, d'organització i d'habilitats comunicatives.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33 %

• Salari: · 20.064,07 € bruts/anual per conveni d'acció social de cicle no continuat.
