YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

You will be a key player in managing clients' data protection rights, ensuring that each request is processed correctly, within deadlines, and in accordance with current regulations.

Your work will have a direct impact on the client experience and on legal compliance of the service, managing real processes and actively collaborating with the team and the client.

What your day-to-day will be like

You will manage ARCO rights requests and GDPR claims from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance.

You will resolve queries and incidents using client tools and mailboxes, maintaining clear and effective communication.

You will prepare follow-up reports and monthly summaries to provide visibility into the activity and evolution of the service.

Job conditions: Location: Barcelona. Hybrid: 50% remote work. Contract type: Temporary (3 months + possible extension). Schedule: 40 hours per week. What will help you succeed in this role: Legal background. Your law degree will help you correctly interpret regulations and apply sound criteria when resolving cases. Prior experience in data protection (1-2 years). Having worked with GDPR or LOPDGDD will help you adapt quickly and manage cases with greater autonomy. Analytical skills and attention to detail. They will help you review documentation, identify potential issues, and make well-founded decisions. Clear communication (oral and written). You will be the bridge between the client and the team, so expressing ideas clearly will be key. Proficiency in Office tools. They will help you organize information, manage data, and prepare reports efficiently. Fluent Spanish and valued Catalan. They will facilitate communication in the client environment and in documentation. Proactive attitude. It will allow you to anticipate, optimize processes, and add value beyond day-to-day operations.

Serás una pieza clave en la gestión de los derechos de protección de datos de clientes, asegurando que cada solicitud se tramite correctamente, dentro de los plazos y conforme a la normativa vigente.

Cómo será tu día a día

Gestionarás solicitudes de derechos ARCO y reclamaciones GDPR desde su entrada hasta su resolución, garantizando calidad y cumplimiento.

Resolverás consultas e incidencias a través de herramientas del cliente y buzones, manteniendo una comunicación clara y efectiva.

Elaborarás informes de seguimiento y reportes mensuales para dar visibilidad a la actividad y evolución del servicio.

Qué te ayudará a tener éxito en esta posición Base jurídica en Derecho Tu formación te permitirá interpretar correctamente la normativa y aplicar criterios sólidos en la resolución de casos. Experiencia previa en protección de datos (1-2 años) Haber trabajado ya con RGPD o LOPDGDD te ayudará a adaptarte rápido y gestionar casos con mayor autonomía.
