Job description

We are looking for an Agentic AI & ITSM/AIOps Solutions Architect to design enterprise solutions based on generative AI, intelligent agents, RAG, automation, observability, and orchestration of complex workflows, especially applied to support, operations, ITSM, AIOps, and service management contexts.

The role will be responsible for defining agent models, tools, memory, context, decision flows, evidence retrieval, assisted automation, scoring, human validation, and continuous improvement mechanisms. A senior profile is required, with technical vision and a hands-on approach to support the implementation of AI solutions applied to real business and operations processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design generative AI solutions applied to business and operational processes.
  • Define agentic architectures: agents, subagents, tools, memory, context, workflows, and control points.
  • Design AI workflows applied to ITSM/AIOps processes: classification, prioritization, assignment, diagnosis, resolution, escalation, closure, reopening, and continuous learning.
  • Define RAG patterns over documentation, knowledge bases, historical tickets, work notes, KEDB, KB, runbooks, corporate sources, logs, metrics, and traces.
  • Design advanced prompting strategies, structured generation, evidence retrieval, and response evaluation.
  • Define scoring models: confidence, similarity, risk, criticality, automation eligibility, and response quality.
  • Design human-in-the-loop mechanisms, policy gates, and criteria to differentiate between assisted, supervised, or autonomous automation.
  • Integrate AI agents with APIs, internal systems, cloud platforms, ITSM tools, observability tools, external services, and corporate data sources.
  • Participate in identifying automation candidate cases based on process analysis, operational history, and technical knowledge.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of services using automatic code generation tools.
  • Coordinate and support technical teams in implementing AI solutions based on agents, RAG, workflows, and automation.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of agents, prompts, workflows, AI tools, internal accelerators, and evaluation mechanisms.
  • Stay up to date with advances in generative AI, LLMs, agents, RAG, model evaluation, AIOps, automation, and emerging architectures.
  • Act as an interface with internal and external stakeholders: end clients, technical teams, partners, functional areas, operations, architecture, and project management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology projects, software development, architecture, or delivery of enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience in generative AI solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, advanced prompting, and response evaluation.
  • Experience in designing or implementing agents, agentic workflows, tools for agents, or multi-agent systems.
  • Functional knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes: incident management, service requests, problem management, change management, SLAs, priorities, assignment groups, KEDB, and KB.
  • Experience or knowledge in Application Management, L1/L2/L3 support, application operations, observability, or AIOps.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, cloud services, enterprise applications, and corporate data sources.
  • Solid knowledge of software development and the ability to understand, integrate, and guide Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, React, Vue, or other enterprise stacks.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, testing, quality gates, observability, and compliance.
  • Experience with classic, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Experience participating in the execution of complex technology projects.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical work.
  • Higher education degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or similar. MECES 2 or equivalent demonstrable experience is recommended.

Personal profile

  • Technological curiosity and a maker mindset.
  • Interest in new AI tools, models, architectures, and approaches.
  • Ability to turn complex operational problems into practical, measurable, and governable solutions.
  • Collaborative profile, focused on building with technical and functional teams.
  • Ability to lead when necessary and take a hands-on approach to tasks.
  • Focus on evidence, validation, traceability, and continuous improvement.
  • Good judgment to differentiate between safe automation, supervised automation, and processes that require human intervention.
