We are forming small autonomous teams of 2–3 people working on products that matter to different business areas.

Stable teams with a clear focus and real decision-making capacity, reducing handoffs between teams by building requirements collaboratively. The role goes beyond implementing tasks; it is about understanding the problem, proposing the solution, building it, and improving it over time.

You will learn how business processes work beyond a specific feature.

You will work in contact with real users (store, logistics, operations…)

You will help define problems before tackling solutions.

You will turn complex problems into clear, maintainable solutions.

You will take part in architecture decisions with a direct impact on the product.

You will write clear, careful code that is ready to evolve.

You will design services, APIs, and complete flows.

You will also support what you build in production.

You will work with data and AI models when it makes sense.

Always with a practical approach: improving real decisions and processes.

You will analyze the real usage of the solutions.

You will improve the product continuously.

Estamos formando pequeños equipos autónomos de 2–3 personas que trabajan sobre productos relevantes para distintas áreas del negocio.

Equipos estables, con foco claro y capacidad real para tomar decisiones, reduciendo los traspasos entre equipos construyendo los requisitos de forma colaborativa. El rol va más allá de implementar tareas, va de entender el problema, proponer la solución, construirla y mejorarla con el tiempo.

Conocerás cómo funcionan los procesos de negocio más allá de una funcionalidad concreta.

Trabajarás en contacto con usuarios reales (tienda, logística, operaciones…)

Ayudarás a definir los problemas antes de abordar las soluciones.

Transformarás problemas complejos en soluciones claras y mantenibles.

Participarás en decisiones de arquitectura con impacto directo en el producto.

Desarrollarás código claro, cuidado y preparado para evolucionar.

Diseñarás servicios, APIs y flujos completos.

Acompañarás lo que construyas también en producción.

Trabajarás con datos y modelos de IA cuando tenga sentido.

Siempre con un enfoque práctico: mejorar decisiones y procesos reales.

Analizarás el uso real de las soluciones.

Mejorarás el producto de forma continua.
