Senior Product Engineer

And we are looking for professionals who are motivated to work with that vision.

We are forming small autonomous teams of 2-3 people that work on relevant products for different areas of the business.

Stable teams, with a clear focus and real capacity to make decisions, reducing handovers between teams by building requirements collaboratively. The role goes beyond implementing tasks; it is about understanding the problem, proposing the solution, building it, and improving it over time.

You will get to know how business processes work beyond a specific functionality.

You will work in contact with real users (store, logistics, operations...)

You will help define problems before approaching solutions.

You will transform complex problems into clear and maintainable solutions.

You will participate in architecture decisions with a direct impact on the product.

You will develop clear, careful code that is ready to evolve.

You will design services, APIs, and complete flows.

You will support what you build even in production.

You will work with data and AI models when it makes sense.

Always with a practical approach: improving real decisions and processes.

You will analyze the real use of the solutions.

You will continuously improve the product.
