Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience managing large-scale SAP programs and projects, preferably in multinational automotive industry environments.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and the main business processes associated with supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, and sales.
  • Experience in SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects, from the definition phase through to go-live and stabilization.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and corporate strategy.

  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

  • Experience in discrete manufacturing industrial environments, with specific knowledge of production, planning, quality, and logistics processes typical of the automotive sector.
  • Knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-In-Sequence (JIS) models, supplier management, and plant operations.
